DRB1260 8 Ohm powered buy 1001RBII 50 Watt side?

The qustion is, will the 50 Watt output of a GK1001RBII be adequate in full range mode to operate an 8Ohm DRB1260Slant. I use this as my bass stage monitor which sits on top of my 4 Ohm DRB2460 whiich would be powered by the Low (powerful) side of the 1001RBII. The 1260 is loaded with and 8 Ohm Eminence Delta 12LFA.

No. The 50 watt amp is crossed over at 5KHz, it is not a full range option. It is used for G-Ks HMS (Horn Management System) only.

Thanks man......I thought as much..this is where the 800RB has it over the others. Wish it had twice as much power, it would be perfect.

800RB and the old 2000RB!
Could always slave a MB2-500 from the 1001RB II's effects send!!
