Dumb question - GK1001rb

Hey all. this might sound ultra silly because I think I should know better than to ask this.

I've got my 1001 head home from the studio for the holidays and I wouldn't mind running it up and playing a bit. Issue is I don't have a bass cabinet at all.

The only cab I have at my flat is my guitar cab, which is a Vox Night Train 112. My understanding is that this cab has a 20w rating at 16 ohm.

Is there any safe way to plug my GK into the Night Train or am I just going to bust it? I'm not going to be rolling at any kind of volume; probably just loud enough to hear. The GK will still chuck 200w or so at the cab even at 16 ohm yeah?

I know the obvious answer is don't do it but my guitar head does an awful bass tone and it would be nice to be able to rock the GK while it was at home.

You can at low volume if you want to play just to hear it. Just don't expect it to sound very good, and if the speaker sounds like it's having a difficult time, TURN DOWN.

Only if you turn it up enought to chuck that much power at the cab.
