Thanks,
Alan |

Thanks,
Alan

Here's what I found from 2008 when I was researching and thinking of building my own, before I found an original.

Switchable 250hz low-pass for the B810s. Only thing I'm not sure of is the stuffing. Haven't decided on matress topper, wool, polyfill, ??? I'll post pix when assembly begins...
Thanks,
Alan

Alan

I was only able to use it a few times with the band but it is tighter with great crunch compared to a mid 2000's Ampeg 8x10 I was borrowing. I'm very happy that the CTS can keep up with my loud band, I was worried.

Line each chamber with about 1.5 to 2.0" of it and you will get a good sound. It's cheap too. Wool works great but, is expensive and tough to work with. This fiberglass is cheap, easy to work and sounds just as good. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
