ebs heads.

I'm just about to buy a new head. I have been looking at getting an ebs td660, anyone have anything good or bad they know about this amp?

Never played the TD660, will guess it is a good work horse! The TC90 is great, it is a 100w all tube amp.

Sweet yeah I can't find many videos show casing them. I know Colin Edwin from porcupine tree uses one. And I love his tone. I'll check out that amp too.

The TC90 is sweat indeed. My step son have one which he plays with a MM Ray4. He uses the EBS neo 4x40 cab. Great tone! There is a very good D.I. Out so even though it is only 100w it is very easy to connect to the PA. The PA sound is good as well.

The TD660 is pretty good, I did a couple of gig with it, nice preamp section and the amp works very good too. I think the 660 it's better than the HD350 that I used too, that have the same preamp more or less but the amp section don't have a good punch compared to other 350s head.

During the London bass show Dave Marks played through the EBS Head, I can't actually recall if he had the Fafner or the TD660, but he sounded great!
