Echolette Bassmaster 100 - looking for a cab

Hello everyone, I have an Echolette Bassmaster 100 amp, and I'm currently looking for a suitable cab. I'm new to vintage gear (the amp was manufactured about 1970-1973), and I need assistance so as not to damage anything. Here you can find all the technical specifics concerning this particular amp (I'm sorry it's in German, but I believe it's comprehensible nonetheless):

I'm confused mainly due to the odd impedance, which is either 5 or 20 ohms. What cab do you guys think I should use with this amp? I hope it's possible to plug a modern cab to it. If so, what exactly would you recommend from, say, Ampeg?

A 4Ω cabinet into the 5Ω out or 16Ω into the 20Ω out.

As I understand it, tube amps, unlike the solid state ones, can handle lower impedance cabinets, so it would be better if I matched my Bassmaster with a 4Ω cab. What about wattage though? It's ridiculously hard to find cabinets which are under 300 watts, and I still don't think I require that much power for a 100 watt amp. How much do I need for such a combinaton considering the impedance difference between the two? As I said, I've found numerous 300 watt cabinets, but I'm not sure using one of those would be safe.

A cabinet with more power handling than the amp will be fine. Remember that in most cases the power specs. for cabinets are the thermal limits of the driver(s). A typical drive will run out of excursion at about half of its thermal rating.
