Eden 30th. Anniversary Wt-400 Buzzing

I purchased this amp used. When I turn it on it buzzes. I tried the ground lift but that doen't effect it at all. Any ideas?

You can try to use one of those adapters that converts the old two prong style plugs to the new three prong grounded plug. If you have an extra power cord you could just rip the ground plug off for this test. By removing the ground from the power cord your removing the ground of the amp from your house ground.

This will let you know if it's just noise on your house ground or not. You may have some filter capacitors that are starting to go on the power supply board of the WT-400 and it's becoming susceptible to ground noise.

The ground lift switch on the amp only removes the ground from the balanced signal XLR out.

Failing that, I'd try a tube swap.
