| Eden E115c 1 X 15 Combo?

This is a thinly veiled "is this a good price?" thread.
Ran across a NIB Eden E115c combo (15" driver and horn, 325 watt amp) for under $500 locally. The website lists this as their economy model which should be okay as I'll only be using it for practice / rehearsal and maybe for small venues. Anybody have any experience with this particular line?
