I'm new for eden amp.
I haven't had one. I had played it a couple time but not with my bass.

What is different benefit between two of these options ?

1. WT1000N amp head
2. WT100pre + WT1250 power amp.

I know basically I will get 250w more from option 2.
But what else ?
Tone ?
Color ?

Thanks for any input in advance.

My vote. Stay away until you see how the new owner handles things. Customer service stinks right now and yes I own Eden gear.

You need to be more clear on what you are looking at...
The WT1000 is an old power amp, you need a preamp to go with it.

There is a new WTX1000N which is the same as a WT100 preamp but with a dual 500w power section.

Don't be fooled by a WT1250 power amp, it is the EXACT same amplifier as the WT1000.
All they did was change the model number so it would be more reflective of the amplifiers actual output power.....model# wise.

As far as new or old purchases, you can get good or bad gear either way.....from any MFG.
But sadly, Eden *was* headed in the right direction with there customer service dept about a year ago....then...
Eden was sold again, the new ownership involved more brands to take care of with the same limited number of CS reps that were already in place....
Meaning there is no usefull CS rep at the present time at Eden again...

The WTX100N has a dual 500w amplifier built in to it.
(500w @ 4ohms x 2)

I'd go for the WTB1000N . . . It has more power than the WT1250 power amp . . . Think of it as the Chinese update of the WT800C with better power and EQ . . . It's a nod to Rocco if you know what I mean . . .
