Epifani Customer Service and Speaker Question

So, a while back, one of my Series 1 UL-110s started distorting. I think the speaker is shot but I'm not a technician. Obviously, its out of warranty. I tried emailing Epifani a few times with no response. Has anyone had issues getting a hold of them?

Second, does anyone know what type of replacement speaker I could pop in the cabinet?

I had a UL 112 that I bought as a floor model from a local distributor. About a month after picking it up I noticed a definite speaker issue and was able to very easily speak with someone in New York on the phone. Gave me a RA number, I packed and sent it back it and they evaluated it and figured it was a manufacturer problem. I received a new speaker (I paid the shipping to them, they paid the shipping to me) within a couple weeks of initially identifying the issue.

The short story is I was very happy with their response but I would try the phone instead of the computer....

If they won't cover it as a warrany item, I'd recommend getting them to sell you the replacement speaker. I think they have their OEM stuff custom made.
