Epifani owners?

Sign in to disble this ad
Why is all the Epifani owners Blues players, RB, Jazz, ect? Are there cabs more focused toward softer, cleaner styles of music? Which would be a better match for a modern type rock sound, PS112 or a GS112?

It works just fine for me, and I play hard rock (Maiden, Priest, Queensryche, etc.). Also sounds great for Rush music. I use the older PS410. Sound is nice and tight.

The PS112 and GS112 cabs will be very similar in their sounds for what you are looking to do with them. They are about the same weight, neither have neo speakers, I am pretty sure, and both have about the same output and similar sized boxes. The Epi will sound a little bigger IMO on the bottom but the GS112 will sound a bit darker and a touch quicker. At least to me.

Good deal, I guess I will get the Epi since its a bit cheaper, if it has too much bottom I will just turn it down.
