Epifani reliability?

Sign in to disble this ad
I gotta make a decision quickly between the GK 112 Neo and Epifani UL2-110.

I like the paragon 12" speaker in the GK. I haven't tested the Epi 110 but read good things about it. Since I have never owned an Epifani cab, I wonder if Epi cabs are reliable.

I sure hope so, I got a PS410 this in Oct, and love the sound. I have read a lot of good things about the brand as well as some not so nice. If you type the name in the search box you will find other threads about Epifani.

I am extremely happy with my UL410 series 2.
Had it about 8 months now.

I've owned several Epi cabs and they were all great. The UL110 is my personal favorite.

I had searched before posting. Most people seem very happy with their Epi cab(s). I don't think I read a post about an Epi cab gone bad. So, I assumed their cabs were reliable. Anyway, I'm ordering a UL-110! I'll pair it with my GK MB200, which I love dearly.

For future reference, pairing a UL-112 with a UL-110 is a magical combination.

go epifani. I've used both and vastly prefer the epifani. I've never had an ounce of trouble of my cab, my head went down once (also epifani) but the cab has been very reliable

I'm 5 1/2 years into my UL310 and 2 years into my UL112 as my primary gigging cabs - still great sound from both, and absolutely no issues.

I own a T-210 Cab, with PS Speakers, and a PS-210 Cabinet. Play them separately, or teamed, and either way, the sound is "bass perfection." I use the Epi PS-600 Head to power these cabinets, and whether hooked together, or separately, I have zero complaints; absolutely the opposite - can't say enough good things about my Epi gear.
