EQ slider covers for Ampeg SVT-II

I just purchased an Ampeg SVT II (nonpro) from a guy in the midwest, and it is currently on the UPS truck on its way to me.

It's in fantastic condition and I got it for a smokin price. The only thing the amp is missing are the little white plastic covers that go on the ends of the EQ sliders (his 3-year old nephew took them off a while back, never to be found again). The eq sliders themselves are perfectly fine, just the white plastic (or PVC?) covers are missing.

Would any of you happen to know where I could buy a set of those thingies?

I posted in the Ampeg SVT-II appreciation thread, but thought it might be good to also post in the hardware section.

Thanks.

Not saying you'll be able to find an exact match this way, but the slider pegs (on which the covers sit) are a standard size, so if you find another cheap 10-band graphic EQ the covers should fit. As long as they all match it'll look and work better than none at all. Try thrift shops, maybe Craigslist, don't forget car audio EQ's.

Thanks Tuned. Good comments!

Google "EQ slider cap." There's probably another relevant magic word or two, but cover may not be it.

Digitech, Mouser, and eBay should all have 'em.

These switch caps might work too?

Those "mouse rubbers" are actually standard pipe caps from Mocap or Sinclair and Rush.... I forget which.

Industry uses them to close pipes for shipping, dress up the end of wires on racks, etc. I'm surprised Fliptops doesn't have them, assuming they don't.

I find suitable caps at the hardware store. They are called "screw covers" and are in the little slide drawers in the bolt and screw sections.
