Hey,
I have my eye on the ElectroVoice Q44 MKII Power Amp.
It has an Input Sensitivity of +2.2 dBu whatever that means.
Could I get good results running a Sansamp RBI in channel 1 and the RPM into channel 2?
Do the specs look good to you guys???

Amplifier Gain (dB): 32dB

Continuous rated power (1k Hz, THD 1%) 2Ohm: 650 Watts

Continuous rated power (1k Hz, THD 1%) 4Ohm: 450 Watts

Input Impedance (balanced): 20 kOhm

Continuous rated power (1k Hz, THD 1%) 8 Ohm: 270 Watts

Continuous rated power:
- (20-20k Hz, THD<0,2%) 4 Ohm: 400 Watts

- (20-20k Hz, THD<0,2%) 8 Ohm: 200 Watts

Slew Rate: > 25 V / us

Electronics Type: Amplifier

Network Control (IRIS-Net): No

Total harmonic distortion: < 0.03 %

Intermodulation Distortion (SMTPE): < 0.1 %

DIM 30: < 0.05 %

Signal-to-noise ratio (A-weighted): > 106 dB

Pretty sure 0 dBu is 0.775 volts RMS.
So +2.2 dBu would be 0.775 * 10^(2.2/20) = ~1 volt RMS.
That's the input required to drive the amp to full output.

So the amp is a good choice?

Can anybody see why this amp would be good or bad?
I can't find a single review.
