I have had this about 12 years and they were made in Easton, MA. I have lost the manual. I remember it vaguely describes what it does. I think it processes the highs, mids, and lows separately. Maybe a BBE clone?

It was made by a guy named Jim Gibson.
It predated the BBE, he repaired amp and did effects.
Jim did some nice work.
