Fame BS3-125

I've got a fame bs3-125 and am having volume problems, getting swallowed by the rest of the band, even with everything topped.

Since I have a low budget, I would like to know if changing the speaker with a better quality one would change anything

Probably not. Adding a second cab would be the better option, if the amp has the capability to drive it.
