| Fan noise in my Ampeg B4-R killing me!

Hey all,
I'm about to replace my Ampeg B4R because its fan is super noisy. Ampeg would not respond to me about it. I'm going to open it up and see if I can see anything. Does anyone know a good replacement fan for this amp or have any helpful suggestions on what to do about it? Not only is the fan loud, but it actually produces an out of tune pitch! (Not through the speaker cabs of course)..
