fEarful dampening

Sign in to disble this ad
I recently built a fEarful 15/6 with parts from Leland at speakerhardware. I'm loving it. Just curious about the dampening. He sent me a big sheet of 1.5" think or so eggshell foam. I covered pretty much every flat surface inside the cab save leaving room around the port.

Is this enough or should I fill in the cab with batting of some type.

That stuff will do just fine, no need for more batting or anything.
