Can anyone tell me if the New Fender Rumble 350 with the two 10" speakers will handle a G&L 5 String Bass. Will it really handle the Low B String ?

Yes, but as with ANY combo amp, the limitation on how loud that low B will be is dependant on spkrs. A 2x10 alone will not rock a low B in a loud rock band.

I'm not useing it in a Loud Rock Band. We play Country. So, Better get the Rumble 250 with the 15" Speaker.

NO! Read about speaker size here: AMPS FAQ!! Info on OHMS, Allsize RIGS-OverUnderPowerCabs DIY TechTalk-Links

The combos would both probably be about equal in performance unless one is ported and the other isn't or something.

I have a Rumble 350 and play a 5 string and have no problem getting plenty of low end out of it. In full disclosure I go through a Sansamp BDDI also. Plenty of power for what I need I haven't even had
it turned up half way yet. Great combo for the money.
