Both around the same price.

Is 150 watts enough power for a small to medium club?

It certainly can be. As long as you don't crank the low bass frequencies (your "bass" knob) it will be fine. Use low mids or high mids to compensate in the mix if needed and you'll be fine. I've been using a 160w Peavey head that sounds like utter crap if it distorts with my LOUD metal / post hardcore band it kept up through an 810, although barely.

A medium club (or even a small one) will usually have PA support around here. Your bass amp will probably end up as a monitor more often than a backline. That's why I'm actually downsizing.

I used the old version(Rumble 100) and that even kept up in restaurants and garage parties with my trio. You should be fine with either.
