Fender Bassman 250 Noise

Question for everyone. My bassman 250 with the master volume at zero sounds like this

Anyone have suggestions?

The amp controls all work when a bass is plugged in but the above noise/hum is always there and it is loud.

That is power supply hum and hiss from the gain stages. If you are under warranty have it repaired. If not it could be as simple as a bad ground or bad solder joint but a tech will be needed.
