Fender Rumble 350 head and 410 or 350 combo amp???

I run a Behringer BX3400H head with a BB410 Cab. For the price a paid it was alright but after nearly a year of playing the p.o.s I've noticed I need to upgrade. I've been looking into the Fender Rumble series, mostly into the Rumble 350 head and the 410 or 350 combo amp. Would the 410 with 350 head make a decent setup for medium to good sized gigs? Or would the 350 combo amp be enough or would the extra umph in the 410 be worth the $$$? A friend said that I shouldn't waste money and just go with a Fender Rumble 350 combo amp. He said you'd get basically the same performance with little difference in the rumble 410 for the money you'll spend. I like the look and add-on potential of a Fender stack but the price for the 350 combo amp seems appealing. So, rumble 350 amp or 350 head with 410 cab?...

More speakers means more loud, so the 410 with the head will be louder than the combo amp with 210's. And combo amps are never the "better" choice, unless it specifically fulfills a need that the head/cab combo cannot.

I'm trying to choose between these very two options myself.

I'm thinking about going with the 410 and head. The 410 will move twice as much air as the 210's, and now they are seperate. If I want to upgrade the head or cab, I can do so at anytime... But I'm thinking the head would be first.
