Fender Rumble 350 vs. Peavey tnt 115?

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a new amp with a MAXIMUM of $500 cost. I've limited it to 2 chioces, based on availability at my local store and price/features:
Fender Rumble 350, or Peavey TNT 115 660w.

Does anyone have expertise in one or both of these amps? If so, what are the pros/cons of each? Which would you recommend for $500? (they are both 500 bucks)

Also, what is the deal with the TNT stating that it is 600W, but really only 300RMS? Is the Rumble 350W RMS? I looked at the Rumble 75 this weekend at the local store. Had a pretty nice sound. Checked the back, it was marked at 150W so I would believe the 350 would be marked at 700W to match 350RMS?

I would try to find an old Peavey TNT. They will bring down the house, because they are so loud and very heavy.

im pretty sure that the numbers that come on the amp arent there to tell you direct wattage. just check the back of it. also i used to play through a fender rumble dont recall the numbers on mine. it was a single 15 and that thing shook the walls. while peavey is a good name, its not as good as fender to...IMO. Good luck finding what you want.
