Which of the following would you add?

Sign in to disble this ad
To this:
- MarkBass F500
- Bergantino AE410
- Schroeder 15+L (I use this for small venues)

And the candidates:
- Genz-Benz Streamliner 600/900
- Bergantino NV412
- Bergantino NV610
- ... other suggestions also welcome

I am a freelance musician and have to cover every genre. Pop, rock, jazz, but also brassband and woodwind/hornensembles, so especially with those bigger ensembles, it's sometimes hard to cut through without getting in someone else's way, sonically speaking.

I know some of you will tell me to try before I buy, but in Belgium, I've yet to see a store that carries Bergantino and Genz-Benz gear. Heck, I bought everything I listed in this post blindly, even my basses (Sadowsky's are very rare here, plus I'm a lefty).

My main basses are J- and P basses. Both 4 and 5 strings.

Thanks in advance for your time and advice!
