It needs tubes also but that is a much easier to find commodity..

About $150.00 and transformer is about $200.00 (that is of course if that IS the only issue)..

The fliptiops product is a good one, made by Heyboer. You asked about a transformer, there is the power transformer and the output transformer. Order the correct one. Unless the transformer is missing, be sure that you really need a new one.

A cap job on a V4 should be about $100-150, I think I paid like $120ish when I had mine done. But the tech can do all the repairs and clean up and be sure it needs a transformer before you go ordering one. |
