Hello all

I found this http://elpaso.en.craigslist.org/msg/2109124887.html

I currently have a Kickback 10 combo and I've been wanting to do some biamping. Also, the Hydrive line excites me.

Sound like a good idea?

Not for $450,240. I think that you can find a cheaper set out there somewhere.

That is about what I paid for my LH500 and Avatar 210. I'd rather have separate components for several reasons, but the combo probably sounds pretty good. What exactly do you mean by biamping the two combos? That sounds a little hinky too.

I'm thinking about splitting my signal into clean and dirty, similar to what Justin Chancellor does. Would the 2x10 Hydrive be a nice step up from my Kickback Combo? Also, I will be using both amps to record my bass in stereo.

I am pretty certain the 210 will murder the little Kickback.
