Found this today at a Pawn Shop-Carvin content

Found one of these in great condition.

Didn't have time to plug it in and try it out. I thought it was a tube amp by the size of it but apparently it isn't. I could get it for $120 which I though was a good price. Anyone have any experience with this head?

The price is sure right. The output is a bit low - 160 watts into 4 ohms. If that and the size are not a problem, go for it!

I am a Carvin guy and I would pass on this. It's probably a decent deal, but no tubes, so it lost me right there.

$120 is next to nothing. If I saw that in my area, I'd pick it up just on principle. If it's not a dream come true, then put it on craigslist for $200 and be patient.
