Picked up a new Mesa M6 Carbine a few days ago. This is a huge upgrade for me because I was playing a beat up ol' Ampeg SVT 350H that was anything but good. I couldn't wait to take it to practice last night and rock this beast, but the drummer cancelled (which he does often) at the last minute We need a new drummer, but I digress.

There's nothing worse than buying new gear and then having to wait to play it.

Obligatory pic.......I'm pairing it with an Ampeg 8x10.....tee hee

Congrats on a killer amp. I have a ton of gear in my basement that I only get to use once a week. It makes me sad.

Thanks man! It is a killer amp. I've only been able to rock it in the store, but I can tell it's going to fit well in my band. My choice was either the M6 or the SVT Pro 4. I must've a/b these two amps for a good hour before I finally pulled the trigger on the M6.
