Full stack control

Sign in to disble this ad
I have just put together my fist full stack. I have a GK 4x10 on top with a Crate 1x15 on the bottom powered by a GK back line 600 total investment $275.00

My issue is the 1x15 seems to be the dominant speaker I want a little more control between the 2 speakers.

Is adding a crossover I good idea to send the lows to the 1x15 and the MUDs and highs to the 4x10? Or is this just a stupid idea.
Any brand or modal suggestions...one I have seen seem to be geared more fords PA systems or would something like that work fine...

Thanks!

You'd be better off running either one at a time. I doubt a crossover/bi-amp is any help or even practical.
