Just got my Fusion 550! All I can say is WOW! This thing kicks some major low end A**!

Can't wait for the gig tongiht!!

GK..... Thanks for another great product.

BTW, I'm not having any of the "motor driven pots" issues that I've read about here on some threads. Mine seems to move between chanels just fine and without issues.

I just played a concert with my fusion 550. It was hooked up to an ampeg 4-10 classic. It sounds thick, crisp and had that GK punch. All I can say is that this amp is amazing. I dialed in a tone that had a lot of low end and I could hear every note perfectly. However if you arent a hardcore low end guy you can get that flea funk with this amp (but warmer). Just awesome. Also, the bar held about 300 people and they didnt even plug me into a di because my bass was already loud enough, how deadly is that?

Thanks

I bought my Fusion 550 last weekend along with an Ampeg SVT-410HLF...Put simply I love them both!

Crazily loud, and i mean really loud. The kind of loud that causes my house to crumble a significant amount with every open E played.. and amazing punch, nice and warm, the tubes are more than just an advertising ploy, they actually work. I would highly recommend people try it out to see what they think.

I'm a little bit concerned about the motorised knobs, i must say. They're fun to watch but the thought of them breaking was my only hesitation in buying this amp. But other than that I love everything about it.

Did i mention it's loud?

Most people I know that have a chance to play thru one seem to have the same reaction.......

I absolutely love mine!!! BTW, what cab are you using? I have a 4-12" NEO which works great with it. Stand in front of it and feel the THUMP!!!

I absolutely love my Fusion 550! It get's that nice crisp GK punch, but yet holds TONS of warm low-end, but yet still has the clarity to keep the bass heard without getting to muddy! I love it! I will be using it all night tonight at my gig. Here it is:

Glad you dig it Syco! I only sold it because I run a Sansamp in front and the combo of the 2 was a little TOO massive in the lows. Fantastic amp!
