Had my power cord for my 400rb stolen at last nights gig were can i get a replacement fast?

According to this .pdf manual...

...the 400 RB uses a standard computer type power cord.

But try to get one in a heavier gauge (IIRC 14 gauge should be sufficient for use with an amp of that power) to avoid having the wires in the power cord overheat from the heavier current draw of powering an amp.

Same type cord as from a computer or many other electrical type thingy.

You most likely have one just like it laying around your home and don't even know it, go sniff around and you might find one.

and they are cheap too if you can't find one

Keep it as short as you can like the original....you don't want to build voltage drop.
