So, I guess the answer might depend on which 8 ohm cab you use.

In classic GK form, they are showing the exact same MBFusion800 this year as last year, and Munji was told they are hoping for a June introduction
I guess the good news for the GK fans is that it is still in the pipeline, and does seem to 'exist'. Of course, that is what I thought last year at this time, when I was told in the booth that they were looking for a... wait for it.... June introduction |

I would think the unit had a problem and needed additional time before its release.

I'd be using whatever I get with a Bergantino NV412. My choices right now are an Aguilar TH500, MB Fusion, and an MB800. I might need to order all three and test them |

I haven't had an in for NAMM since I left California. You need an exhibitor or guest badge to enter NAMM. It is not open to the general public

The th500 was a nice amp but too throaty for me. The mb800 was a sexy amp but too much raw power. The fusion was a nice compromise. I love it. It's made me a GK fan boy for life.

Spoke to Mr. Krueger, and he said they were trying to release Fusion 800 in the spring but would not commit to a hard date.
That said, they have brought almost all of their production back into the US, and that has cost them time, which has slowed down bringing out new products.
GK wants to have everything made in the US, as they have had issues with piece's and parts coming out of China.
Once they get everything back in order here in the US, they have allot of great plans for products.
Great conversation!
I have been to NAMM over 20 times and this was the busiest Friday and Sat I have EVER seen, it was packed!
