I am deciding on purchasing either an MB 112 or an MB 115. I can get the MB 112 for $309 and I can get the MB 115 for $370. Mostly leaning toward mb 112 for price but the mb 112 appears to not have a cooling fan. Would this be an issue? Has anyone tried both of them? I am having trouble deciding with which one to go with. I play a five string bass too. Need it for home practice and playing with a group running through a PA and/or alone not going through a PA. Mostly it should be going through a PA though. Thanks. |

So for the extra $61 I'd go with the MB115.

Google shopping search for the MB115 shows $339 from Amazon/Music123 but the actual listing is for the MB112. Sorry, I guess I should have ordered it while I could. I've seen the Amazon listings change prices before but don't know enough about Amazon to say why this happens.

Id actually play both and decide what one you think sounds better.

Brings the MB112 to like $288... I'm in the same boat, I have no idea which one to buy! Get em while you can!!

Of your choices, I would go with the mb115 for sure. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
