can this head be used with a 8ohm cab????

Yes. It's rated at 140 watts into 8 ohms.

I use my MB200 with a Promethean 8 ohm 1x10 cab. It sounds fantasitc. I like the MB200 more than my GB Shuttle 3.0.

I have this head and use it with a single 1x10" or GK 2x12" neo, both 8 ohms. It is quite loud at 8 ohms, in fact it is louder than the Eden WTX-500 which is rated much higher in output.
