For the price it is a decent cab, nothing special, but it gets the job done. |

| | | | awesome thank you so much! and yea all of the pics online appear to be of the MB 115 amp since they are the same dimensions, if you are able to take pics that would be awesome if it is not too much trouble thanks! |

I may have some input to offer, depending on your answer.

| | | I am going to us my MB500 amp to power it. It has 500watt @ 4ohms and 300 @8ohms.
I want to get the GK MBE 1x15 400watt at 8 ohms.
I want to combine the MBE 1x15 and my NEO 4x10 as two cabs under my MB 500 head. |

| | | I have the GK 115MBE but it's the 400 watt 8 ohm version and I'm driving it with my GB Shuttle 9.0. Of course I'm not pushing it. It's a lot of bang for the buck IMHO.
I've ordered a second one from Guitar Center [as I posted elsewhere] over a month ago [Oct. 8] and it's still on back order. Any idea what's up with that?
Thanks,
James

a second identical 4x10 would be way more powerful.

As soon as I got it and plugged it in, it sounded as if it were blown or like I was playing through a big muff superfuzz pedal....only I wasnt. i was pissed. I took the speaker out and the wires were all connected well but hanging within the cab kind of haphazardly...I duct taped them apart from each other and to the walls of the cab, put the speaker back in, and it was fine.........until i gigged with it, it farted on me a few times even though I was only putting about 200w to it. I need to send it back i think, anyone else have any issues like this? Any advice? This has really kind of set me back |

I havent had any issues from the cab through the 800rb so maybe after I taped up the wires it is fine, and the farting must have come from my hartke amp...which I had the tube preamp to about 6 or 7 forcing me to keep the master volume low at a small gig....maybe that caused the issue....happy for now!!! I love GK, I was starting to get worried...I would probably most def shell out extra dough for a better GK cab next time...plus these cabs are very small, which sounded great for portability...but it looks silly when my rack is wider than my cab haha.
