Long story short...

Couldn't play much this year as I had some health issues ...

Met a good neurosurgeon who did a stupid good job of fixing me.

I can play again!

My Shuttle 6 developed a crazy issue , loud crazy howl and squeal that about blew my ears out . Seemed related to mid freq pot.

Called GB and spoke to an amp tech who said I could arrange warranty service but recommended cleaning the pot , told me what to buy and how to do it .

The amp is better than ever !

Saved me a big hassle and I did not have to go without my amp for more than 10 minutes.

I'm hooked ...


Running a Fender Classic '60s Jazz into the Shuttle 6.0 210 with a tech21 VT bass , set somewhere between SVT and Fat Tube , thru the effects loop.

Same here - although I'm currently playing their gear, I would again without hesitation - great, great company...
