Does anyone know if it's normal that my clip limit light blinks sometimes ? My output limiter switch is always on and my eq is almost flat on my amp and my bass too . I'm using my GBE with an Aguilar GS410 4 ohms .
The thing is that when the limit light is blinking, it makes me think i have to lower my master volume a bit ,but that's making my amp, well...not as loud that it should be IMO.
Should i let the light blink and keep on playing at that volume, will i end up damaging something? By the way, it doesn't make any clipping sound in the speakers.
Thank you |

So when my amp will saturate at high power(6 db beyond clip limit)it will not damage anything ? Perhaps my ears...

If I had to do it over again, we'd do the lights differently.....they seem to freak some people out.

As you've now been GenzBenzified with the great CS they offer us.
Enjoy that GBE750 I sorta miss mine but still quite happy with my very capable Neopak *2 ohm modded. |

| | | | Eden 66,
I run nearly the same rig. GBE750 and DB410. Sounds so damn good!!!!! Where are you normally running your preamps gain and vols, and where are you running your volume? |
