Genz-Benz Neox 112T vs. GK 112-II

I'm looking for a light 12" cabinet, and I wonder if anyone has experience with these two and can compare them? I want something with a solid bottom end and good clarity in the midrange, not muddy or boomy sounding.

I have the Genz-Benz Shuttle 3.0-10T combo, and it's great for what it is. But I'd like to add a second cabinet that has more output in the deep bass. A second 8 ohm cabinet will also let me take advantage of the amp's full 300 watts. (That doesn't sound like much, but it's plenty for the gigs I play.)

If there are other cabinets you think I should consider, let me know. Light weight (under 50 lbs.) is very important too.
