Question Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 Footswitch on Neox 400-112t

Hi, I'm the proud owner of a Genz Benz Neox 400-112t combo. Love the tone and versitality of the amp.
I recently found a footswitch for it to control the signal mute, L.F. Boost, Mid Scoop en H.F. Attack. Only not with the words Neox on it, but Shuttle 6.0.
I could not be happier for these are very hard to come by in the Netherlands.
Controls are completely the same and so is the connection only one problem, it doensn't work... Are there any of you out there that have had similar problems or could help me with this?

The whole pedal doesn't work or only some parts/switches?

Always a good idea to write GB an email. Jeff usually responds quickly to questions, part of GB's great customer service.

Did you have the LF, Mid, and HF buttons pushed on the amp when you tried it?
Those must be in the "out" position for the footswitches to function.

The whole pedal doesn't work, I've also tried it with the buttons in the "in" and "out" position. Nothing worked, I also sent an email to GB but i was wondering if anyone here had experience with it.
Nonetheless is the Neox a great amp!

The shuttle foot switch is not the same as the neo-x and gbe foot switches. The logic is different. Pm me and I will help you sort this out.
