My 6.0 and 12.0 both have a switch for 115 to 230. I would assume the 9.0 is the same.

I just tried one of the GB 9.0 heads through an Orange SP210 Isobaric* speaker today; That speaker had no problems handling the GB head, which is 500 watts pushing 8 Ohms**; the SP210 is a 300-watt 8 Ohm cabinet. We cranked the gain, cranked the bass tone control, pushed the bass boost button and the speaker sucked it up and put it out with no stress. I wanted to plug a 5-string in but I think that would work better with the SP212, which they didn't have.***

*Isobaric speaker boxes use two speakers, mounted one behind the other. The system is popular for subwoofers in high-end car audio systems.

**The GB 9.0 is 500W @ 8 Ohms, 900W @ 4 Ohms.

***This was at Alpha Music today in Virginia Beach. The SP210 was an evaluation model from Orange; the store doesn't have any to sell but said they can order them.
