Anybody tried the Shuttle 9.0 with two 8 ohm Markbass HF410 cabinets?? I was thinking of getting the shuttle 9.0 for my larger gigs and using my Markbass F500 for my smaller gigs. Thanks for your input.

Shuttle 9.0 lack of power??

Wow - No one has rune a Shuttle 9.0 into Markbass cabinets?? Maybe I'll have to be the first - Ya right -Lol.

Anyways , since no one can answer my first question I went to musicians friend and read some reviews on the shuttle 9.0. There were three reviews - the second and third reviews were good reviews , but the first review said that for a 900 watt amp the shuttle 9.0 was lacking in power and he returned it after one gig. It seems like almost everything that you read reviews on - one person will say that it's the best thing since sliced bread was invented , and the next guy will call it the biggest piece of junk that he ever wasted his money on.
I was just wondering what you TBers that use a Shuttle 9.0 think about its power for bigger gigs and outdoor gigs?? - Since that is what I'll be using it for if I purchase it.

The 9.0 has three "volume" knobs. Plus the taper of those knobs is different from most amps.

If you don't know what each volume knob does or are afraid to actually turn the knobs up, it's easy to think the amp is low on power.

The Shuttle 9.0 has plenty of power.

^ This.
I actually own a Shuttle 6.0, and connected to my Kustom G810H it's enough to scare children.
I'd image a 9.0 into two HF410's would rival the thunder of the Gods.

FWIW, I don't own a SM9.0 but I run my ShuttleMAX 12.0 through two Genz GB410T-XB3 (4 ohms each) cabs and I play MusicMan basses. Killer combination!
