I have played GB for years now - started with a Neo-Pak and now a Shuttle. Great gear, great people, great service.

When I looked to buy a new head (before I had even heard any of these); I had it down to the MarkBass LMIII, TC RH or Shuttle 9.

My next thought was; if something goes wrong, do I want to call Italy, Denmark or Scottsdale. Enough said. Never looked back. My go to amp is the S9 and I love it.

I'm glad to report - "Another 'Genz Benz' customer support success story!" Agedhorse saved the day!! I won't go into details , but he went above and beyond the call of duty.
Thanks a million Andy!!!

I'm sure Genz Benz will be great if I ever have a problem with their stuff.

But I own like 5 of their amps which I work to death, and I've still never had a problem with their stuff.

And if I have a technical question, I e-mail Mr G and get an answer within like 18 hours at most.

gig Friday night, going in with a Streamliner 900 as my main/DI and a Shuttle 3.0-10T as my monitor and backup.

Yeah Genz is the bomb. Had an issue a few years back with my shuttle 6.0. GB shipped a replacement immediately and a return box for the damaged one. I'm talking within 2 days. They kept me gigging.

GB is the only amp and speakers i use. Anything else would be foolish.
