I gigged a TF550b for a couple years as my primary head. Very nice head... a bit compressed down low, very warm in the mids, 'soft' and smooth in the upper treble. Very articulate, VERY high quality.
The max output is about the same as the 6.2. The 6.2 is, of course, much smaller and lighter, and has a brighter upper midrange and more extended treble response than the Thunderfunk.
Many really dig the Thunderfunk with the Berg HS cabs (kind of 'vintage' voiced ceramic cabs). The new HD cabs (particularly the 10's loaded models) are quite similar to the older HS's.... warm, low mid present.
Berg and TF versus 6.2/12.... two flavors of great. The Berg/TF would have smoked the old version of the Shuttle combo (the 6/112), but the new revision has much more meat in the low end and more beefy drivers.
So, IMO, it gets down to your weight preference, and also if you are looking for more warm midrange type tone (TF) or a bit more 'modern' sort of full range (Shuttle) in a very small, lightweight format.
IMO. Again, Ed Friedland's Youtube clip on the 6.2 if very representative of what it sounded like to me when I gave it a good tryout (if you have a decent playback system on your computer).
Can't really go wrong with any of the stuff you are considering.
