GenzBenz Shuttle 9.0 Vs. Aguilar DB750

Sign in to disble this ad
Any Opinions between the Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0 and the Aguilar DB750. I own the Aguilar and I played the Benz the other day @ a store. The Genz Benz weighs 4lbs 900 watts @ 4 ohms. That's pretty close to the Aguilar which weights 40 lbs.
I like my Aggy. How is the sound, volume, head room, if you were to compare?
Thx

GB S9 is lean and mean
DB750 is big fat and warm

The DB seems to have more head room, to my ear.
I have only experience similar head room,
with the M9, the B1500

you played them too
so what do YOU think?

Shuttle 9 has nothing in similar with the DB750. However, the Streamliner 900 is in the same tone universe as the DB750, and MIGHT serve as a lightweight replacement or addition for you.

+1 to the above post. The Shuttles are tight and bright... almost opposite of the big, bloomy, warm DB750 IMO.
