GenzBenz ShuttleMax9.2 and an 8x10??

Hello folks,
I just bought a used shuttlemax9.2 that will arrive on Monday. I have access to a swr working mans tower (8x10 800w @ 4ohms).

This might sound like a silly question but of the two speakon outputs on the back of the amp, does it matter which one I plug into before I hook the cab up?
