Gibson GA-100 Ohms/ or how to tell

I have a Gibson GA-100 bass amp that, if you haven't ever seen one, the head fits under the top of the cab for storage, kinda think flip top.

But anyway, the speaker is unmarked and I want to replace it, but I can't find any info on the Ohms.

Is there a way to determine Ohms with a multi meter or something?

Thanks!

Check DC resistance of the speaker with your multimeter.

DC will come in a little less then what the speaker is (ie: 8 ohm speaker should read 6 - 7 ohms).
