wcriley is correct, and trust me, it's a LOUD 320W. I've had mine for 6 years and I love it. Better yet, add a second 8-ohm cab to run it at 480W total, and move twice as much air (assuming same speaker configurations) and you'll be just about as loud as you need to be for any club.
