Could anyone do me a huge favor and get me the dimensions on them. My step father said that he could make them for me at his job (he's a machinist) and him making them for free sounds better than spending 30+ dollars on some Please help me out!

The bolt holes are on the side of your head for measurements. The rest you should be able to measure yourself. I don't have one to do it for you.

Take a piece of paper and line it up with the top/front of the amp and punch the the center of the holes in with an open paper clip. Label the front and top and give it to your step dad. You will have to tell him the diameter of the holes in your amp as well.

I tried this once on my first 800RB. Don't use aluminum; it'll bend under the weight of the amp. I ended up ordering the GK ears, and when I got my current 800RB, I didn't even try to fool around; I just ordered the ears.

I usually retrofit some rack ears from old servers. If you have any friends in the IT business, have them keep an eye out for old 3U server ears for you. The black powdercoating is a nice add if you can find it, unless your FIL has a hookup for that as well. Good luck!
