Ok I'm taking the amp to get looked at in about a week. But, I figured I'd ask here since so many people have owned the 800RB and many of you have had problems with them.
This is what's happening. After about twenty minutes of the amp being on, at whatever volume, low, medium, high, doesn't matter..... the amp start to die.
It starts to sound exactly like when the battery on an active pre-amp starts to die. A slight hiss starts, playing becomes slightly distorted, and the output volume starts to drop.
Then about a minute after the symptoms start, the hiss is pretty prominent, any note played distorts and cuts off really quick, and the output volume is very low.
Sooooo....... any ideas? Thanks in advance.
