Gk customer support

Has anyone else been completely ignored by GK? I'm having issues with a 400rb and my emails to the customer support at GK remain unanswered.
As a result the 400rb sits unused in my living room while I use a different rig. I have always enjoyed GK products without having any issues but if this is how they handle product failure issues I may have to find a different amp that fits my sound and budget.

I just used their customer support with great results. I broke the nut on the input jack of my 800RB. One e-mail and about 3 days later I received 2 replacements for free. Pretty dang cool, I think.

What is your issue, and to which address are you sending your e-mails?

Try calling them. They have great customer service, but email is sometimes slow with them. Give them a call, and you'll be taken care of.

Thanks I'll try calling. The fan doesn't come on and it overheats. I just want to know if it is usually the fan itself or a thermostat of some kind. The fan has some kind of variable speed deal so there must be a relay that tells it how fast to spin.

My 400RBIII had the whole fan control circuit go out. Seems like a common issue with this model. I had it fixed by one of the authorized repair company's on the GK website. I had it back in 2 days. Cost me under $100 with tax.

i have bad customer service from gk. called and left messages and never heard back. even when they had my amp there, working on it. and then when i got it back, knobs and push buttons were missing! its like they took it and beat it up. took them 3 times to fix it. and yes i had to pay for shipping! it was under warranty. i don't use gk anymore!

I have always had great luck with GK. When I cracked two of the plastic corners on one of my cabinets they sent me replacements for free. When the small bulb in the crossover which basically acts as a fuse blew, they sent me a bag of about 12 of them, again for free. They are a great company.
