The fan on my MB Fusion is very annoying. I planned to use the amp for acoustic, low volume gigs. But if cant do something with that fan its imo useless. Help anyone?

Same experience. Fan kicked in after 5 minutes using it at bedroom level and was very loud and annoying. Returned it because of electrical hiss and took home an RB700II: totally another world!

I have mine that just arrived today sitting behind me on my desk in my office at work.

First time the fan kicked on after about 5 mins it did surprise me at it's sound level. However, you can lay your hand on the amp and feel the level of heat inside, so obviously moving air is needed...

We'll see if it's at all noticable in a live setting, which I don't expect it to be. But it's definitely got more fan noise to it than my Markbass F1, which "is" kind of a 'well duh' type statement. IMHO.
